I thought I fried my 2nd gpu..it's ok now.But since then I've gone back to factory vbios, adjusting clocks -39mhz on gpu0 and -13mhz on gpu1 = 1202mhz, mem default, fan speed default auto, pwr limit max 145%..it passed the bench mark over and over until I tried to enable a custom fan profile. Was not looking at digits just going off of how much hot air was coming from the chassis I thought I'd try it.Crash midway with Bccode D1 everytime I enabled fan control.Left GpuZ running in the back, put the fan control back to auto, gpu0 reached 76°, gpu1 got to 74° and no throttling occurred. Now this is the reason i modded the bios in the first place, because of the temp throttle at 70°.It seems like it's a combination of maybe windows updates, driver updates, mobo bios updates, ime updates, or just the fan speed %, in between the time I got the cards and now, they are acting the way they were meant to.Did the upgrade to Win 10 Pro X64 on Sunday, installed and cleaned out 3 different drivers so far, MHO Bench, RE6 bench, Heaven 4.0, Valley 1.0 and GTA V with 4086mb used in the graphic options for that game, capped at 60fps and it's been great. No issues, no BSODs...and I'm officially in love with Win10. Last edited: Mar 10, 2016 I'm pretty sure I installed the 362.00 drivers last night, but maybe it did an update because my system completely crashed. Windows Areo in 10 or whatever it's called now crashed first, then the screen hard locked. I had to hard power cycle it. Windows did come back up ok, but now I'm curious to see if the newer drivers updated automatically... Pyrage Master Guru Messages: 414 Likes Received: 51 GPU: The

To integrate swings with deadlifts.I don't know if this absolute insanity, I'd like for someone to clarify this to me too or even just level this post if it is completely wrong.@aciampa, @Bro Mo, @North Coast Miller, @natewhite39, @Geoff Chafe... Please come in help! #7 @Warrior_Scientist @Frank_IT If your concern is alleviating elbow pain then address that first. Adding swings or band work will not make it better. In my experience, you may need to give your grip a break and lay off the heavy compound lifts for a few weeks. Could it be the pull-ups? Maybe, but difficult to say when you are already doing a lot of barbell work. You may need isolation strength work on your triceps as well. Deleted member 5559 Guest #8 I agree with @natewhite39. I think the swings would irritate your elbow more. I am serendipitously experiencing some elbow pain right now from my grip. Also, my pull-ups were at their highest numbers when I was doing no pull-ups and doing a lot of heavy rows. My push-up numbers were the highest when I was doing 3 sets of 8-12 bench press also. I would just moderately increase the volume on the rows and bench press before adding more to the program. Otherwise alternate between push-ups and bench press and rows and pull-ups. JeffC Level 7 Valued Member #9 This is a thread I can get behind.Lighter 30% two hand swings in your warmup, to get the hips snapping, and heavy two hand swings at the end as strength stamina in powerful sets of 10, stop when power drops.Daily Dose Deadlift PlanKettlebells and Deadlifting: A Match Made in Heaven?Alternate days of band pull aparts and band face pulls(add a Y press if you like). They are two essential low intensity upper back exercises for me. A few sets of ten before pressing warmup the shelf(upper back) to press from. As a finisher do higher rep sets. Go for 60-100 reps, or less 3-5sec. paused reps. I also use them on off days during high volume pressing to keep the upper body healthy. Implement them and you will thank me.Adding this increased my press, and none of the issues that come from high volume and intensity pressing.3 Weeks to a JACKED Upper Back - Official Website of Joe DeFranco & DeFranco’s Gym!I add face pulls to a similar band warmup, or dowel rod dislocates

Worked Muscle, Forms, Common Mistakes, TechniquesThis is a comprehensive guide for bench press. The bench press is a compound, highly effective strength-training exercise, eliciting a high level of muscle activity in the pectoralis major. It is shown to be the fast track to strong chest muscles.|Product:Speediance Home Gym|Muscles Worked by a Bench Press:Primary muscles worked: ChestSecondary muscles worked: Front deltoid & TricepsSo it is normal to have post-workout soreness in the shoulders, upper arms, chest and back. Bench press works it all.Preparation Before Bench PressIf you want all the tension on your chest, instead of shoulder or triceps during bench press, there are things you need to know about your scapular position.1) Correct Scapular PositionRelax your shoulders and drive the shoulder blades back and down through your arms, then slightly retract your shoulder blades together.2) Empty-Handed StimulationScapular retraction and depression is the key of a correct and effective bench press. Practice several times following above four steps, you’ll find the right training direction.Forms of Bench PressThere are various ways to approach the bench press regarding training philosophy and technique. Neither style of bench pressing is wrong. They both play for different goals.1)Power Lifting Bench PressArch your back as much as possible and barely keep your butt on the bench. Cutting the distance that the bar has to travel from the broadest part of your chest reduces the time under tension, so you can lift the greatest possible weight.2)Body Building Bench PressLie on a flat bench with your core tight, shoulders packed, and a slight arch in your thoracic spine to get the chest to do as much work as possible.3)Feet-Up Bench PressThe feet-up bench press performs a standard bench press, with legs bent, and the feet positioned flat on the bench. It aims to focus on the isolated exercise on your chest by cutting the tension from your lower body. However, it will add more stress to your shoulders.Common Mistakes of Bench PressLet’s get into some common mistakes and the detailed instructions on how to perform the bench press properly. Here’s what we’ll cover.Pressing With a Suicide GripThere are only a
