Not sure why Windchill is not seeing it. We did have one seat that worked in a previous version for a very short while but now that we upgraded to Creo 1.0 and Windchill 10.0 the thumbnail viewer is blank. Could it be a permission in Windchill? #4 It sounds like your Windchill installation has a problem with creating the viewables. Next time you check-in a saved file, do it through Pro/E as a custom check-in - you will get the option to choose Model, Viewables or Models and Viewables. The default is Models. If you select Models and Viewables, then you will be able to check whether the problem is Windchill creating the viewables, or you seeing the viewables.
